The Interval at Long Now
A bar, cafe, museum, and
the home of The Long Now Foundation
Come enjoy coffee or cocktails surrounded by books floor-to-ceiling and mechanical wonders from a clock engineered to last 10,000 years. Featuring Brian Eno's music and his ambient painting—a continuously evolving, never-repeating work of art. An inspiring venue for great conversations and delicious drinks.
Located in San Francisco's historic Fort Mason Center within sight of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz.
Award-winning bartender Jennifer Colliau has designed an extensive time-inspired drink menu that includes some of the earliest cocktails ever made, drinks from around the world, and time-shifted concoctions that take hours to make but are ready whenever you arrive.
We also serve mixological-quality low- and no-alcohol drinks made with fresh ingredients, as well as fine tea and Sightglass coffee.
